Our Lisnagowan Road project is a bespoke modern vernacular infill dwelling on a sloping site with stunning views to the rear of the Sperrin Mountains.

The design incorporates three narrow gabled linear blocks arranged to maximise the views and create interesting, private open spaces between and around them.

The more traditional natural stone block to the front houses a workshop, home gym and guest bedroom. Set back from this is the bedroom block with a white render and natural stone finish, connected via the car port, creating a private courtyard accessed directly from the master bedroom.

The living block with timber cladding and white render is connected to the bedroom block via an entrance link and provides an open plan, double height kitchen, dining, family area with mezzanine living room. To the front the kitchen overlooks the entrance and opens out onto a breakfast patio taking advantage of the morning sunrise. To the rear the kitchen and living areas open out onto a private south facing patio and a full height glass wall provides stunning views of the Sperrin Mountains from the family room and mezzanine living room.
